1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Bright Mindz Solutions are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital services, including website creation, automation setup, and business services, once work has begun or services have been initiated, no refunds will be issued.

2. Subscription Services

• All services are billed on a monthly subscription basis

• Service begins only after the first monthly payment is received

• By making a payment, you agree to the start of service

3. 6-Month Commitment

• All plans require a 6-month partnership commitment

• Early cancellation does not qualify for a refund

• Remaining balance or applicable fees may still apply

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription after the 6-month term

• After 6 months, services continue month-to-month until canceled

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

• Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of our Terms

• We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend services

  • Terminate accounts

  • Pursue recovery of funds if necessary

6. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver services quickly and efficiently. However:

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope

• Delays do not qualify for refunds
